Every year, the Community Science teams at the California Academy of Sciences and the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County runs an international event motivating people around the world to find and document the wild flora and fauna in (and around) their cities. Last year over 400 cities took part, and this year ISCBC has made a coordinated effort to organize several local projects contributing to the CNC around the province. Allison is a Science Coordinator with the Invasive Species Council of BC. She is an avid naturalist and educator with a BSc in horticulture and a Master’s in Land and Water Systems. Allison is passionate about plants, amphibians, and sharing her love of biodiversity data and mapping with the world!

Learning Coordinator
Megan is a Learning Coordinator with the Invasive Species Council of BC, certified horticulturalist and passionate naturalist. She continually strives to find new opportunities to learn and share the beauty and complexity of the natural world with others.
