Anyone here used them before? Also, if there’s a problem with the order, how easy is it to deal with eFlorist customer service?
Needed a last-minute bouquet and decided to try Eflorist. Ordering was simple, and the delivery was fast, but the flowers weren’t as fresh as I had hoped. They weren’t terrible, just not as vibrant as I expected. Reached out to eflorist customer service to see if they could do anything about it. Took a bit of back-and-forth, but they eventually offered a partial refund. Good for convenience, but if you’re picky about flower quality, it’s hit or miss.
