Training Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Invasive Species Council of BC (ISCBC) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training session due to trainer availability or insufficient registration. The ISCBC strives to let registrants and partners know if a session has to be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours or two business days before the event.

If the ISCBC cancels a training session, you will be given the option to attend a session at a later date or be issued with a full refund. Requests for refunds are handled in accordance with the ISCBC Refund Policy, please see below.

Refund Policy

Cancellations for training sessions hosted by the Invasive Species Council of BC must be received in writing (via email) at least 10 business days in advance of the session start date in order to receive a full refund. If the cancellation request is submitted between 1 and 10 business days prior to a session, a partial refund (50% of the registration fee) will be provided. No refunds will be provided the day of, or after, the training session.

Cancellation requests may be submitted by phone or email. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at admin@bcinvasives.ca or at 1-250-305-1003.
